Payroll Tax Cut Extended Through 2012

The Payroll Tax Cut has been approved through December 31, 2012. The reduced rate of 4.2% for OASDI tax will continue through the end of 2012.

On-Line Payroll Time Reporting System (OPTRS)

The On-Line Time Reporting System (OPTRS) is a module of the Payroll/Personnel System (PPS). OPTRS allows on-line entry of time data and payroll adjustment transactions.
